Jesus And Friends

I feel like I speak for everyone when I say there's too many symbols of Satanism in this world of ours. Wouldn't it be nice to just sit down with your loved ones, crack open your favorite Water Bottle brand, and play something that not only brings a smile on your face, but brings you closer to god?  Well, if you're like me, then the answer is an obvious yes!

Allow me to present, from on high, a game called "Jesus And Friends".  The default setting is set in a Christian Summer Camp for teenagers somewhere in South Dakota (Because everyone knows South Dakota is a most Holy State), but really you can have the setting in any place you desire.  It's a Role-Playing game where you use 2d6 sided dice to determine what the score shall be for your six skills:

Knowledge of Bible
Faith in Jesus/God
Ability to Worship
Convert
Biblical Dreams
Cooking

When you roll 2d6 you have to meet or roll below your Skill Score to succeed. If you roll a 7 you auto Succeed; cause 7 is a holy number. If you Critically fail the roll (roll 1's on both dice) you'll must to go to the nearest church, sit at the pews, and pray for Jesus to forgive you. If you Critically Succeed (roll 6's on both dice) you may read a phrase from the bible. It can be from any book of the bible. It doesn't give you any special modifiers or anything, it just makes you feel closer to Jesus out of character.

There is no set Game Master at the table; instead each player takes turns guiding the story within an even timeframe given by the desired length of play (Example: Four people play for an hour, that's 15 minutes each player gets to be the Game Master).  

While being the Game Master there are only two rules: 1. Keep It Holy/2. Keep It Coherent. If you stray from these two rules you will gain a single point every time it happens. Once the final Game Master has finished the story the person(s) with the most points must read passages from the bible until the other players feel satisfied and forgives them for their sins.

I really hope you consider downloading this game and giving it a chance with your Role-Playing group. Just take this game for what it is and don't try to over analyze it, after all, no one likes a Party Pooper.
